6. Underwriting
An underwriter verifies everything in the file. If they need anything else, Debbie translates the ask into plain English and keeps it painless.
7. Clear to close
The magic words. Final numbers are prepared and you'll review your Closing Disclosure at least three days before signing — no surprises at the table.
8. Closing day
Sign, fund, done — keys in hand. Debbie stays your lender for life: questions, refinances, and the next chapter included.
